Under our first group meeting we went through the five key issues, our goal setting
was to satisfy SL customers according to their problems, we was not sure about the participants since all kind of people are travelling with SL, so our goal was to gather as much info we could, from all different ages. We started to brainstorm some interview questions, started data gathering the days after.
Under the interview day we used so called triangulation method as they called it in the book.
I observed the people when I wasn't interviewing someone, if we compare the three stations we was stationed in, the people was more in a hurry in Centralen than the other stations.
Moving on to the next step was to analyze the information we gathered, since it was the start and it's hard to be sure what the goal or what road we are heading.
We have both quality and quantity information, since we all did individual interviews.
It’s important that we comes to agree on with age-group we are gonna focus on since it quite wide at the moment, and if we should gather more information or if it is enough.
